Digitopia Rules and Regulations:

• Open to all SLOCPI advisors and field managers.
• Digital rate is computed by number of digital apps divided by total apps submitted. Digital rate must maintain up to last day of promo period. eApp rate is computed by number of eApps divided by total apps submitted. eApp rate must maintain up to last day of promo period.
• Digital rate and eApp rate will be rounded down.
• App sharing is not counted. Digital app count will only be credited to the advisor who submitted the eApp/BCOS.
• All submitted applications must have payment within the promo period.
• App count will be reset every month for Monthly Mission and DIGI-Lotto Monthly Draw.

• Month Draws and Month Missions: Jul 1-31, Aug 1-31, Sep 1-30, 2023
  
• Quarter Draw and Quarter Mission: Jul 1 to Sep 30, 2023
  
• Ranking and tie breakers:
• Monthly mission (all levels): ranked by eApp count; tiebreaker will be total initial premium.
  
• eApp Defenders (all levels) and eApp Builders (Advisor to Sales Team level): ranked by eApp count; tiebreaker will be total initial premium.
  
• eApp Builders (branch level): ranked by eApp count; in case of tie, tiebreaker will be eApp rate, then total initial premium.
  

• If an NBO qualifies for both eApp Defenders and Builders, they will be recognized for both but will only receive the higher prize.
• Units and Sales Teams are based on previous month’s composition.
  
• Final count will be based on team composition/structure as of August. Units and Sales Teams formed in September due to UM/SM appointments are excluded.
  
• All winners will be notified via SMS. Cash prize for advisor level will be credited to Advisor's Commission Statement. Cash prize for Unit, Sales Team, and NBO level will be credited to the FM's Commission Statement and must be used for Unit/Sales Team/Branch purposes only. No liquidation is required.
  
• If a qualifier has a compliance case, they will not be eligible for prizes and recognition. Recognition and prize/s will be given to the next qualifier in line.
  
• Taxability of prizes will be applied.
